If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the platform.

Wodle is a platform that allows users to create, customize, and publish online forms with features such as AI assistance, analytics, and drag-and-drop creation tools.

Wodle offers:

  • Free Plan - Wodle provides a free tier that allows users to access core features of the platform, including basic form creation tools and limited usage of selected functionalities. Users on the free plan will not be charged unless they choose to upgrade to a paid subscription.
  • Paid Subscription Plan - Wodle offers a paid subscription that unlocks additional features and higher usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Users can subscribe or unsubscribe anytime.
  • Optional AI-powered features - Wodle includes AI-assisted functionalities, such as automated form creation, content generation, and optimization tools. Access to certain AI-powered features may require additional credit or may only be available through the paid plan.

No Free Trial for the Paid Plan - Wodle does not offer a temporary free trial of its paid subscription. Users who wish to access premium features must upgrade directly to a paid plan. The free plan remains available as a no-cost alternative for users who do not wish to subscribe.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create and manage a Wodle account.

However, minors may use Wodle under the following conditions:

  • A parent, legal guardian, or authorized educator must give explicit consent for the minor to use the Service.
  • The minor's use must be solely for educational, academic, or supervised learning purposes, such as completing surveys, school projects, or classroom assignments.
  • The supervising adult is fully responsible for the minor's activity, data collection practices, and compliance with these Terms.
  • Minors may not use Wodle to run a business, sell products or services, collect payments, or request sensitive or personal information from respondents.
  • Wodle does not knowingly permit unsupervised minors to create accounts or use the Service for commercial or independent purposes.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating a Wodle account. You may not sell, transfer, share, or grant access to your account to any other individual or entity. Users may upload, create, or generate content on Wodle, including text, images, files, form fields, data, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by using the Platform, you grant Wodle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, and transmit the content as necessary to operate and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or contain harmful or malicious material. Wodle does not pre-screen User Content and is not responsible for any data or content you choose to upload or collect through your forms.

6. Permitted Commercial Use

Fair Use - All features — including those described as "unlimited" — remain subject to Wodle's Fair Use Policy, available at: /fair-usage.

Wodle may modify or discontinue plan features at any time for product, technical, or regulatory reasons. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.

9. Fair Use Policy

Certain features offered by Wodle, including those described as "unlimited," are intended for normal and reasonable use. To maintain platform stability and ensure equal access for all users, the use of Wodle is subject to the Platform's Fair Use Policy.

Wodle may implement reasonable limits, rate controls, or other protective measures if user activity creates excessive system load, storage strain, unusually high submission volume, automation misuse, attempts to bypass plan limits, or any activity inconsistent with normal usage patterns.

Wodle may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this Policy or that negatively impact the performance or security of the Platform.

The complete Fair Use Policy can be accessed at: /fair-usage

10. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated under our Refund Policy or required by law.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade.
  • Taxes may apply depending on jurisdiction.

For detailed information on eligible refund circumstances, please review the Refund Policy below.

Refunds may be issued only when Wodle verifies that one of the following occurred:

Eligible Refund Circumstances (Wodle -Verified):

  • Duplicate Billing - You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a processing error.
  • Incorrect Plan Charge - You were billed for a plan you did not select because of a system malfunction.
  • Unsuccessful Activation - Your paid subscription did not activate due to an internal Wodle error.
  • Failed Feature Access - You paid for a plan but could not access premium features, and the issue was confirmed as Wodle's fault.
  • Charge After Confirmed Cancellation - You received official confirmation of cancellation but were still charged due to a system issue.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions (Bank-Verified Only):

Refunds for fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be processed only if your bank, card issuer, or payment processor formally confirms that the cardholder did not authorize the payment.

Wodle does not issue refunds for alleged unauthorized charges based solely on user statements.

Eligible cases include:

  • The bank confirms the card was stolen or compromised.
  • The payment processor flags the transaction as fraudulent.
  • The card issuer validates a chargeback for unauthorized use.
  • The financial institution concludes the transaction was not authorized by the cardholder.

Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

11. Promotions, Discounts & Offers

Wodle may provide discounts or promotions. These may change or end anytime. Users must follow promo-specific terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wodle's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to Wodle during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you use Wodle under the free plan, you agree that Wodle's total liability is $0.

Wodle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

  • lost profits,
  • lost revenue,
  • lost business opportunities,
  • loss of data,
  • reputational harm,
  • business interruption,
  • or any damages that do not directly result from Wodle's actions.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if Wodle has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, or to cases involving Wodle's gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before taking any formal action, both you and Wodle agree to try resolving any dispute informally.

Each party must attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it must be settled exclusively through binding arbitration, not court litigation.

Arbitration Details:

  • Country: Sri Lanka
  • City: Colombo
  • Language: English
  • Number of Arbitrators: One (1)
  • Rules: Arbitration will follow the procedures of a recognized Sri Lankan arbitration body or a mutually agreed arbitration framework.

The arbitrator's decision is final and binding. Arbitration is private, and the results are not made public.

No Class Actions

You agree that disputes must be brought individually, not as part of a class action, group claim, or representative lawsuit.

Class actions, class arbitrations, and similar collective procedures are not permitted.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that Sri Lankan law applies to:

  • the interpretation of these Terms,
  • your relationship with Wodle, and
  • any disputes or claims that may arise.

Nothing in this section prevents Wodle from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction if necessary to protect its legal rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Service.

16. Termination

Wodle may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, engaged in prohibited activities, or created risk or legal exposure for Wodle or other users. We may also limit or restrict access to certain features if necessary to protect the platform's integrity or security. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to your forms, data, and content stored in Wodle. Wodle is not responsible for any loss that results from suspension or termination. You may stop using Wodle at any time by deleting your account, but any fees paid before termination remain non-refundable.

17. Changes to Terms

Wodle may update the Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
