This Fair Use Policy ("Policy") explains how Wodle regulates usage of its platform to ensure stable performance, security, and equal access for all users. By using Wodle, you agree to comply with this Policy. This Policy works together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Wodle provides generous functionality, including certain features described as "unlimited." To maintain platform quality, Wodle may impose reasonable technical or protective measures when necessary.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Policy exists to:

  • Maintain reliable service performance
  • Prevent abuse, excessive usage, or harmful behavior
  • Ensure fairness across Free and Pro plan users
  • Protect Wodle's infrastructure and other users' forms

This Policy applies to all users, regardless of plan type.

2. What We Consider Normal Use

You are using Wodle reasonably when:

  • Creating forms, surveys, or workflows for legitimate purposes
  • Sharing forms with respondents through links.
  • Receiving submissions at normal business, personal, or educational volume
  • Uploading files relevant to your form's purpose
  • Using field types, conditional logic, and components as intended
  • Triggering webhooks or notifications in operational contexts

If you use Wodle for typical operations, this Policy will not affect you.

3. What We Consider Excessive or Unfair Use

3.1 Submission Abuse

  • Automated or bot-generated form submissions
  • Mass submission flooding or spam
  • Using Wodle to send unsolicited communications
  • Running forms designed to attract abusive or malicious activity

3.2 File Storage & Upload Misuse

  • Uploading unusually large numbers or sizes of files unrelated to form needs
  • Using Wodle as a general-purpose file storage system
  • Uploading harmful, illegal, or malicious files
  • Attempting to bypass file size or upload limits

3.3 System Load & Automation Abuse

  • Excessive webhook triggers
  • Creating logic loops or extreme conditional processing
  • Activities that significantly degrade platform performance
  • Excessive API-like behavior (automated external calling)

3.4 Circumventing Limits

  • Bypassing plan restrictions through coding, manipulation, or exploits
  • Using multiple Free Plan accounts to avoid paid features
  • Attempting to bypass or manipulate technical limits of the platform
  • Interfering with platform behavior for unauthorized enhancement

3.5 Harmful or Illegal Activity

  • Phishing, fraud, impersonation, or scam-related forms
  • Collecting sensitive data unlawfully (government IDs, medical data, financial info)
  • Attempting unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Distributing malware, dangerous scripts, or harmful content

4. "Unlimited" Features and Reasonable Limits

Some Wodle features such as form submissions, fields, or steps may be described as "unlimited."

To protect the stability of the service, "unlimited" means:

  • No fixed cap for normal use
  • Wodle may apply throttling or technical controls if usage strains the system
  • Abuse or extreme usage may trigger protective actions

This ensures every user receives fair access to the platform.

5. Enforcement Actions

If Wodle detects activity violating this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Apply throttling or rate limits
  • Temporarily pause or disable specific features
  • Restrict or suspend email notifications or webhooks
  • Disable or remove abusive forms
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend the user's account

When possible, Wodle will notify users before enforcement. However, immediate action may be taken when necessary.

6. Appeals or Clarifications

If you believe your usage was incorrectly flagged or restricted, contact us at: hello@wodle.space. Wodle will review your case and restore access if appropriate.

7. Updates to This Policy

Wodle may update this Policy as the platform evolves. Continued use of Wodle indicates acceptance of updated terms.
