Sharing a published form is simpler from start to finish. Choose System, Light, or Dark for recipients, generate or download a QR code, post to Email, X, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or Facebook, and open straight into share tools after you publish from the editor or Drafts.

The form editor now includes an AI assistant that edits the live canvas. Ask it to change steps, fields, and conditionals, or get advice without regenerating a full form. Free includes 5 messages per day (UTC); Pro is unlimited.

Embedded forms now pick up your theme background, optional light or dark override, and custom fonts so the embed matches the rest of your form instead of flashing the wrong chrome.

Field IDs now stay readable and stable as you build. Labels drive unique IDs, options have proper label and value pairs, and submissions show human-readable choices instead of raw values.

On the form submissions page, a new Columns menu gives you a dedicated place to manage how your data table looks. Reorder fields within each step, rename column headers, show or hide columns, and search the list when forms are large all without leaving the page.

• Drag to reorder columns within the same step; order stays in sync with the table

Multi-step forms now give you more control over how respondents move through your flow. Set form-wide defaults for Previous, Next, and Submit, then fine-tune individual steps when you need a different look or behavior.
