The public-form problem
Google Forms is excellent at one job: get answers from people who already live in Google.
That job is not “publish a form on the open web.” File uploads require a Google sign-in. Conditional logic cannot hide a single field. There is no signature field, no webhook, no drop-off view, and almost no design. If you have ever watched a customer abandon a job application because Google asked them to log in to attach a PDF, you have hit the wall.

- Share a link that does not require Google. Publish and replace the Google Forms URL. File uploads no longer force respondents to sign in.
